1. Maybe some of you do not have a home office or private, quiet room / office to work in.
2. It is possible that privacy in your home is difficult to come by with many children, dogs, cats making noise, causing it difficult to concentrate.
3. There are many others who enjoy their regular part-time or full time job or career and do not want to give it up by sitting in front of a computer at home.
4. Others need the variety of leaving the house or apartment. To them, too much staying at home can be a boring experience.
5. Some people find they need to be more physical and go about their day lifting, moving and keeping their body active.

10. If you work out in the elements, you no longer have to freeze in the winter months, or sweat in the heat every single day during the summer, wearing you out. Your work environment will be temperature controlled just to you liking.
