WHAT EXACTLY DOES AFFILIATE MARKETING MEAN?
This picture above always cracks me up because that was the expression I had I when I started researching Affiliate Marketing. I knew what Marketing was (going to the store and shopping for food, :)), but what did Affiliate mean?
I wanted to do something different with my life instead of the typical 8-5, or 9-5 job, Monday through Friday and in some cases 7 days per week! Plus, with this Corona-virus obstacle, I NEEDED to reinvent myself!
AFFILIATE MARKETING DEFINITION:
Affiliate Marketing deals with working from home, or anywhere you like and not having to inventory any product, talk to people, sell or convince anybody of anything!
If that is the case then what would an Affiliate Marketer do? Simply put, you would guide people to purchase other Companies products and services they need or want by promoting the Companies items and services. By doing this you receive a commission every time the customer purchases.
The great part about this, as I mentioned before is that you do not have to inventory anything, or ship any product, or even talk to people and convince them to purchase! How nice is that?
WHAT ARE SOME BENEFITS OF AFFILIATE MARKETING?
Besides what I stated above, here are some other attractive benefits of becoming an Affiliate Marketer:
You can make a TON of money! (we ALL like this one, right)?
The time you spend is your own! (your work when you want and schedule your own time).
All you need is a computer or lap top.
You may be able to actually quit your full time job! (after learning the business of course)
Don’t worry about being written up for being late or calling in sick or getting those written reviews!
Your boss will never call you into his or her office to criticize you!
There will be no commute have or traffic to get to work!
You will not have to take 2 hours to get ready for work by fixing your hair and makeup!
Pay checks keep coming in even while you sleep and go on vacation! (You cannot stop the income from flowing in). This is called PASSIVE INCOME OPPORTUNITY.

Your comment is right on! Yes, this is NOT a get-rich-quick scam or scheme. Wealthy Affiliate (this affiliate marketing company) is legitimate and profitable. You mentioned getting the return from the efforts one puts into their work. This is completely on target. This is a lovely article here on affiliate marketing. It is such an education to read about all this. Frankly, it’s a complete world out there and most of us don’t know anything about it. We are happy with what the big companies want us to believe; and that is that we are happily chatting with our friends on social media. But that’s really far from the truth. There is a whole industry that is being fueled by keeping the customer ignorant and using his gullibility to earn money.
But to each his own, I guess. After all, we all love shopping online. But it is essential to know how it all works, no doubt about that.
