28-day challenge
First time doing the 28-day challenge and it was a great first step to start living a healthier life. Making the foundation for this new life style. I normally would of gave up already. But this time I’m sticking to it and its because of the lady boss 4. I love how they do state for the first week because it is all mental. Because you have to be determined and not just motivated and that is all up to your mental state. Also, consistency is key and that is what I learned during this challenge.
I have lost 10 pounds in this 28-day challenge and this is the healthiest I have felt in so long and this is only the beginning!
I give a big thanks to Kaelyn and her lady boss team for creating this program !

I think the lady boss lifestyle is…the BEST!
I think the lady boss lifestyle is awesome and when I saw this challenge I knew it would be worth it. Going through every day with the coaches giving us inside and encouragement was great. And putting 7 days into learning each of the 4 pillars was so good. Glad I did it – I will do it again!

Hands down my favorite products
Honestly this company/program is life changing. You have provided the tools and information I needed to lose 53lbs so far in 7 months. I am gaining more and more confidence and know I am capable of way more than I ever thought. I love lady boss!!
I love lady boss!!! I have PCOS and I had tried everything to loose weight I got to the point where I thought it just wasn’t going to happen. Then a friend of mine introduced me to Lady Boss. And I’m sure glad she did!!!!! I love that there are alternatives to sweets which helps me a lot, because I have a huge sweet tooth!! It’s helped me loose 40lbs so far! It’s by far the best weight loose program I’ve ever tried, and the best tasting protein powder ever! I just wish that they would at least make chocolate a regular flavor!

I just recently put my first order in with Lady Boss almost 2 weeks ago! So far it’s been an amazing experience! I got my order within a week and started last Thursday! 1. I absolutely LOVE the lady boss Lean!! The Shakes I’ve been making taste so good and fill me up for a while! And 2. I LOVE the community that comes along with joining Lady Boss Lean!!! Love lady boss products!!
Love lady boss products!!! Customer service needs to improve. Sending an email doesn’t work for someone who works 2nd shift. Having to sit on hold to talk to customer service isn’t good. Placing orders should be easy. Don’t push products on me!!! I know what I want when I order!!!

After looking further into your account, we have not received an email or a phone call from you since October 9th when you placed an order over the phone. I am very sorry you have been unsatisfied with our customer service, but we do try our best to email our Lady Bosses back within 24-48 hours.
We have set Customer Support phone hours that we hope can work for everyone. These hours include:
Monday-Friday: 8 am-5 pm MST
Saturday: 8 am-3 pm MST
You can also leave a voicemail and one of our team members will call you back as soon as possible.

Lady boss rocks!
I love lady boss lean. The products I have purchased are great, costumer support is awesome. The hub could use some work navigation is a little weird I wish I could shop while signed in without having to put my email in again. The upselling is a bit annoying anytime I purchase something there’s always like 3-4 things I have to say go through before I can check out would be nice to have an opt out of upsell option. Overall though lady boss is amazing and I recommend them all the time!

Pink Friday Deal
I ordered the pink Friday deal, which was my very first order. For some reason my swag didn’t come with my order so I had to contact customer service. They were amazing! They got me what I needed & shipped my swag right away! Hoping to get it any day now!
I did buy lean which I’ve tried before from friends & Ultimately why I placed my own order but this time when my order came the lean smells different & has a bit of an aftertaste. So I’m not sure if there’s a new formula?

New beginnings…
Anything that sounded good, looked good, went straight into my mouth, did. I lost sight if who I was. I wouldn’t even undress or dress in front of my husband. I hid on the corner. I pulled away all of the time when he would like my side. I was miserable. My daughter introduced me to Lady Boss. From June this year to today, Over lost 39 pounds and 25 inches total. The 28-day challenge helped me focus and get my mind right and set me up for success. I now have a home gym, and have never been happier with who I am becoming. My only complaint? That it took me almost 51 years to find a program I love.

MAKE THE FLAVOR DROPS PERMANENT. The cyber Monday even left me really pissed off. The exclusiveness is not cutesy or fun.
1. The valuation of swag is so out of whack. I ordered the pink Friday box and there is no way it’s value was $150. I would not have ordered it if I would have known it was not new items (which you guys made it seem like) I am sick of stickers counting for half it’s worth. I like it in the monthly subscription box but not in a mystery box. I also had to reach out to support because I was missing items.

After looking further into this for you, I found that one of our Customer Support members have helped you. They were able to ship you the missing items from your Mystery Box that you ordered on Pink Friday.
As you know, flavor drops are first come first serve. Cyber Monday we decided to run a special with all of our old flavor drops. Once they were sold out, we could not ship out anymore. This is how our Flavor Drops have always worked! We have monthly Flavor Drops for our Lady Bosses that we always release to our CLUB members first. We also make it known that we have no plans to bring back previous LEAN flavor drops, that is why Cyber Monday was a very rare occasion!
